Information about location, distance and time of travel

• Flight time to Sharm el Sheikh: The Egyptian airport Sharm el Sheikh (SSH) in the south of Sinai can be reached within 4 hours flight time from European airports.
  
  
• Sharm el Sheikh: about 90 km and 1 hour driving time from Dahab
  
  
• Taba: Taba and the Israeli border to Eilat can be reached in about 2 hours by car. To reach Taba airport takes about 2, 5 hours. .
  
  
• Cairo: can be reached in about 8 hours by bus or within 1 hour with a domestic flight with Egypt Air from Sharm el Sheikh
  
  
• St. Catherine´s Monastery: The famous monastery and Mount Sinai are situated in the center of Sinai. These interesting destinations can be reached from Dahab within about 2 hours.
