Travel booking and reservation

To book one of our trips, just send us the completed reservation request with your desired travel dates. Upon receipt of your request, we check the room availability.

 

We will contact you within a few hours and send you our non-binding offer. With a short e-mail confirming your authentic travel book. When booking you will receive our confirmation with further information.

 

After receiving your final payment (see payment) you will receive a voucher and electronic ticket (if you have booked a flight). This voucher is valid for submission at the hotel, and as proof of payment for other booked activities – such as diving or desert safaris.

 

 

 

 

Payment and Payment Methods

 

How can I pay for my trip?
You can pay easily through a bank transfer. Payments by credit card are not yet available.

As we are registered in the Netherlands as a tour operator, payment transfers should be made in Euro to the following bank:

Important: For bank transfers, please always quote your booking number as a reference.

 

 

When do I need to pay?

After receiving your booking confirmation a deposit for your trip is due immediately. The balance is due no later than 3 weeks or 21 days before departure without any further reminder. For short trips booked (travel within 3 weeks) full payment is due immediately.

 

 

How can I pay diving packages or safaris booked on-site in Dahab?

Additional on-site activities such as extra dives, safaris or day trips, can be easily paid to SeaMore Travel – Dahab, in Euro or Egyptian pounds.

 

 

 

Diving medical

 

Am I fit to dive?
It is a prerequisite for diving activities that you have medical clearance from a physician which is valid for one year. We recommend that you have this medical examination at home to avoid additional costs or bad surprises.

Make sure you remember to bring it with you!

 

 

 

Diving Luggage

 

What is my luggage allowance for the flight?
Usually airlines offer free allowance of 20 kg per person, if you are staying for 29 nights or more your baggage allowance is usually increased to 30 kg.

 

Do I have to register dive luggage?
Yes!

 

How much dive luggage can be taken?
This will depend on the airline – it is always best to check before you pack!
